There is nothing we need to do other than to stop. Just rest. What we search for can never be found in thought. Just rest and your true identity will become obvious.

Sanskrit Lesson
If our sense of happiness and peace is dependent upon getting everything in our life 'lined up' just the way we want it, we're screwed - that's a Sanskrit term.
